Our goal is to manage all of the health care needs of our residents and make the process of admissions, treatment and discharge at Fairview as stress free as possible.

     Our social services department provides counseling to residents and families as they adjust and cope with changes in their lives.  Residents returning to the community are provided with a range of comprehensive discharge plans including all appropriate community services.  To speak with our social worker, please call (860) 445-7478 ext 420.
