Fairview Skilled Nursing

Fairview is a premier not-for-profit skilled nursing facility that provides 24 hour nursing, sub-acute, hospice and rehabilitative services. Our nursing staff receives continuing education to advance skills and upgrade their clinical knowledge base.

Our sub-acute program provides comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation therapy following surgery or a debilitating illness.  Therapists take in to consideration the age and frailty of patients and individualize their programs to let patients work at their own pace, enabling them to reach their full physical potential.
