Fairview Clinical Services

Fairview combines a professional, committed staff with years of Eldercare experience. Our medical team includes a medical director, assistant medical director and two Advanced Practice R.N’s.  Our nursing team is comprised of Nurse Managers, RN’s, LPN’s, Certified Nursing Assistant’s, and Special Duty Assistants.

The nursing staff works closely with our physicians, dietician, rehabilitation therapists, restorative aides, social worker, pharmacist, recreation therapists and a massage therapist to develop a care plan that meets the needs of each individual resident. Our multidisciplinary team works together to achieve optimal outcomes in a warm and caring environment.

• Massage Therapy (on a fee for service basis)
